ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt (processing times do not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Order processing times can be longer during peak periods & sales.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of the product & for sanitary reasons, all items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. In the event a product received is defective, we will gladly exchange the unused product for the same design within 10 business days following receipt of your order. ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once payment has been processed at checkout. Please ensure all your order details are correct before you place your order. In special circumstances, we may be able to amend your order, but it is not guaranteed.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shopvibenails.com is not liable for any non-deliveries due to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer. No refunds or replacement packages will be sent out for incorrect addresses input by buyers. Orders are completed based on what is outlined at checkout & details in your order confirmation email. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure their shipping address & order details are correct. VIBE Nails is also not responsible for lost , stolen, or damaged packages or any delay caused by act or default of shipping carriers. VIBE Nails is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping carrier & customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

In the event a shipment is returned to us due to a non-deliverable address or it is "returned to sender" as a result of buyer non-pickup, a fee will be charged to reship any packages. All sales are final sale (non-refundable). We do not issue refunds for returned parcels for reasons outlined above. It is buyers sole responsibility to pick up their packages/ reschedule delivery as required.

International shipping charges do not include any VAT, taxes, or duties (if any). Your parcel may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches its destination country. These taxes & duties(if any) are paid by the recipient of the parcel & are not covered by VIBE Nails.
